Japanese Rice Container

This original Japanese Rice container is in great, rustic condition, although being beautifully preserved.

Its dark timber appearance is complimented by steel patches all the way around, inside and out, a bamboo lined top handle. The dove tailing on the edges of this piece are so fine and precise, showing fantastic workmanship at its creation!
